Due to the nature of our products and applicable safety and regulatory standards, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.
No Returns Policy
- Opened products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Many products cannot be accepted for return even if unopened, due to regulatory, safety, or quality-control requirements.
- We do not restock or resell returned products.
Limited Exceptions
In limited circumstances, such as shipment of an incorrect item or a product damaged during transit, Histologics may, at its discretion:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a refund or credit
Any exception must be approved by Histologics and requires timely notification after delivery.
